The hours of work average a max of 9-10 hours per day. Applicants must be flexible to work 5 days from 7 and you will be required to be available over some weekends.

All Drivers will be recruited on a Self-Employed basis for all geographical areas that Full-On cover, Drivers’ are not direct employees of Full-On Ltd.

For due diligence Full-On will require personal data from the Drivers’ such as Criminal Record Check, UTR Number, NI proof, right to work as well as information on their vehicle such as Insurances and Tax and MOT proof, and other information that is required but not limited too. These details will be retained for Administration and Compliance as well as Safeguarding our end client. It is required that these documents remain in date at all times. It remains the responsibility of the Driver to produce these documents when requested. A list of documentation will be requested at assessment stage. If, however, you provide this information and your service is not required Full-On will retain the personal information in accordance with GDPR unless you request in writing its removal.

Drivers’ Responsibilities

Drivers’ will be responsible for their own income tax and national insurance contributions on paid invoices. Further information can be obtained by the HMRC website on all matters of self-employment. Full-On are at liberty to share your details with the Department of Work and Pensions and you will be required in accordance with GDPR to sign to agree for us to share your data with third parties as agreed. As a self-employed Driver any individual is at liberty to provide a delivery service for other service providers or individuals.

It is the Drivers’ responsibility to ensure the cleanliness of the van and in a road worthy condition. Weekly and daily maintenance checks will be required by the Driver, to uphold the reputation and standards expected of Full-On. Each Driver is expected to follow the Highway Code at all times and be free from Drugs or Alcohol as well as adhere to the Journey Times and Rest Breaks. It is the Drivers’ responsibility to use Satellite Navigation/Delivery Device Equipment in a responsible manner by programming the device before setting off and not whilst driving. The Driver will be liable to the customer or third party (property) should the Driver causes injury or damage.
